PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUT OFF TIME FOR DELIVERY ON ANY GIVEN WEEK DAY (TUES-FRI) IS 2.00PM AND FOR A MONDAY AND A SATURDAY IT IS 10.00AM. NO DELIVERIES WILL GET SENT OUT BY US ON A SUNDAY OR A PUBLIC BANK HOLIDAY.
Eg. Place an order at 1.59pm on a Friday and select TRACKED 24 then it SHOULD be with you the following day.
Place an order at 2.01pm on a Friday and select TRACKED 24 then it SHOULD be with you the following Monday as we will send it out the following day, the Saturday.
ONCE THE PARCEL IS DISPATCHED FROM US INTO THE ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY SYSTEM OR ON OCCASION, ANOTHER COURIER COMPANYS DELIVERY SYSTEM, WE (CYR MICROFIBRES LTD) ARE THEN NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE DELIVERY TIMES. PLEASE EXPECT POSSIBLE LONGER DELIVERY TIMES AT BUSIER PERIODS OF THE YEAR SUCH AS CHRISTMAS/EASTER/BLACK FRIDAY/INDUSTRIAL STRIKE ACTION ETC.
PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU DO NOT SELECT AND PAY FOR A TRACKED DELIVERY AND THE DISPATCHED ORDER THEN DOES NOT ARRIVE AFTER IT HAS BEEN PASSED BY US TO ROYAL MAIL THEN WE CANNOT CLAIM FOR A MISSING/DELAYED DELIVERY SO THEREFORE CANNOT REIMBURSE THE ORDER MAKER.

Damage in Transit:
If you receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that a lost parcel claim can be made against Royal Mail. We will require your order number, date of order and delivery address together with photos of the damage. Please use the "Contact Us" button on the website.
99% of our mail arrives safely, however if you don't receive your CYR order then we can help. If paid for it then, tracked mail is covered for loss; if your CYR order does not arrive by the 3RD WORKING DAY AFTER the date of dispatch then we will help you. Please use the "Contact Us" button on the website. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CLAIMS FOR A LOST/DAMAGED DELIVERY WON'T BE PURSUED UNTIL 10 WORKING DAYS HAVE ELAPSED FROM THE DUE DELIVERY DATE. IE 3 WORKING DAYS AFTER DESPATCH.
IF WHEN WE SEND YOUR ORDER VIA A COURIER SERVICE (DHL, HERMES etc) AND YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO THEIR DELIVERY UPDATES PRIOR TO DELIVERY, IF YOU WANTED IT LEAVING WITH A NEIGHBOUR OR TO BE DELIVERED ANOTHER DAY IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BE IN ON THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE FOR EXAMPLE, IF THE PARCEL IS LEFT IN WHAT THE DRIVER DEEMED TO BE A SAFE PLACE AND THE PARCEL ISN'T THERE ON YOUR RETURN, WE (CYR MICROFIBRES LTD) CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR A MISSING PARCEL.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, we recommend you choosing the INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED FOR shipping option. We (CYR MICROFIBRES LTD) cannot be held responsible if you choose the INTERNATIONAL STANDARD shipping option and your parcel then goes missing or doesn't arrive at its intended destination.
We use the Tracked 24 and 48 postal options because you will get a text/email from Royal Mail informing you of the delivery day and in some cases, the delivery hour window too.
If you're not going to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery then you can assign a safe place for it to be left at or arrange for it to be delivered on another, more convenient day. Choosing the Tracked 24 option for your order for example, you would most probably receive your order the following day if ordered with us within the correct time frame. Remember you can nominate with us in the order notes, a safe place for your order to be left if you know you're not going to in on the day of delivery.
If, after all of these opportunities to get the parcel safely into your hands and the notifications/redirections are ignored for one reason or another, CYR Microfibres Ltd accepts no responsibility for any order that has been proven (by GPS Coordinate details) to have been delivered to your address but then not received by yourself. The postperson SHOULD leave a red "Something For You" card if you're not at home but if they do leave the delivery at your nominated safe place and it then gets stolen/misplaced, that is not the responsibility of CYR Microfibres Ltd to cover your loss. Nor is you asking for it to be left safe in a wheelie bin and then said bin gets emptied on the same day, that is not the responsibility of CYR Microfibres Ltd to cover your loss. You need to then raise a complaint with Royal Mail.
