Applying a coating to an alloy wheel can be quite uneconomical when using a foam, microfibre or cloth applicator. You will notice that a portion of the product will be soaked into the applicator and not onto the surface. 

This air brush is powered by air and is suitable for a multitude of applications. From applying coatings to metal surfaces to protecting plastic surfaces, a rechargeable air brush is an ideal tool for the job.

Fully charge the compressor unit using the included USB cable. Red LED is for charging, Blue LED is fully charged.

Prior to use, ensure to wear PPE including gloves and full face protection. Use in a well ventilated area and to prevent any overspray, it is advised to tape/mask any areas not wanting to be sprayed.

Place the liquid for application into the 10ml, 15ml or larger 40ml plastic cups on the top of the unit, then secure it with the lid. A long press of the ON/OFF switch will start the air moving.

Position the airbrush about 2-3cm away from the surface, pull back the trigger slightly, release the atomized mist and subsequently move the airbrush in a back-and-forth manner. To boost efficiency, the dial on the airbrush's rear end can be adjusted to restrict its trigger pull-back distance and thus the flow of the misted liquid product.

BEFORE FIRST USE, FULLY CHARGE THE UNIT WITH THE SUPPLIED USB CABLE AND ENSURE TO SUPERVISE THE CHARGING. DO NOT LEAVE CHARGING LONGER THAN NEEDED (OVERNIGHT ETC).

ONCE CHARGED, ATTACH ONE OF THE FLUID CUPS AND FILL WITH WATER. USE THE WATER TO ADJUST THE MIST STREAM (END DIAL) TO YOUR PREFERENCE BEFORE EMPTYING AND FILLING WITH YOUR DESIRED PRODUCT OF CHOICE

Cleaning & Maintenance Methods:

AFTER EVERY USE. Remove product from the fluid cup, add water, alcohol (IPA) or cleaning fluid to the fluid cup and spray it. Cover the nozzle with a finger or a paper towel and press down slightly on the trigger. This helps clean the narrow chamber around the needle.

NB: Ensure to test the airbrush with water before use to make sure the airbrush is not clogged. When finishing the spraying work or have to stop for more than 10 minutes, clean the airbrush cavity, nozzle, and fluid cup. After 30 minutes of continuous use, the air compressor should be turned off for a few minutes to cool down. Do not soak your airbrush. Even though it might sound like a simple cleaning solution, doing so will actually damage the more sensitive parts of the tool. Do not use the airbrush whilst it is charging.

If spray action is hindered, inspect the fluid control knob and nozzle for excessive tightness or obstruction.
